ATTN: Location Manager
Please note that we need to do the following:
1. Get Location Permits (letters) from the custodian of each location
2. Check for and ascertain electrical connectivity options within each given location.
3. Specify if rooms can be lit from outside - Windows and corridors (for lighting consideration)
4. Specify number of windows, dimension and measure of light penetration from outside (for lighting consideration)
5. Send detailed pictures - not just wide shots, but close - ups of all angles, including furnishings.
6. Specify size of each space for location mapping (for cinematography consideration)
7. Liaise with Production Manager and Producer to get final shoot schedule so we can revert to owners / managers of locations about the specific day(s) and number of hours we shall be on each location.
8. Specify the colors and tonal value of the furnishings in each location to be sure it suits the character(s) who dwell there.
9. Confirm lodging availability for standalone locations (Locations far from others) Just in case we shoot late and have to sleep over.
10. Create a spreadsheet detailing the proximity between locations, and how long it will take to transit from location to location (with and without traffic) - for logistics reasons.
Please attach pictures here and also send your comments too.
